Paradise, Nevada - Las Vegas

One of Nevada’s non-incorporated suburbs, Paradise is a part of, and governed by, Clark County. It is the biggest census designated place, or CDP, which is a type of area or place which the United States Census Bureau identifies for statistical purposes. The population is estimated to be around 211,509 in 2005. An uncommonly known fact is that most of the Las Vegas Strip belongs to Paradise, and not to Las Vegas. Real estate options abound here, as home buyers are pulled in by the attraction of the suburb’s close proximity to the Strip as well as to the international airport.
